DINE AND UNWIND was founded by Dr. Capehart as a night of Free Food, Fun, Fellowship, Massages, Pedicures, Makeup, Karaoke, Games, Gifts and Facials For Ladies Only. 

 

Women throughout the community and surrounding states meet for an amazing night to simply have fun.

 

Each event is also designed to give back to women who are singles mothers, young entrepreneurs, college students, women overcoming severe health issues, emotional crisis, and various life challenges. 

 

Dr. Capehart has solicited to cooperation of many businesses who have joined forced to make this event a great success through their donations such as computers, gift cards, ipads, jewelry, clothes, etc.
